Janet Werdowatz is the Lead Pastor of The Waters.  She began her ministry journey at The Waters as a member of the worship team in 1995.  She answered the call to vocational ministry and completed her ministerial license with the Church of God, Anderson in 2012 and was ordained in April, 2018.  She is passionate about teaching the Word, caring for and shepherding the people God has entrusted to her.  She is committed to teaching Biblical truth, living a life of worship 24/7 and pursuing holiness in submission to the Holy Spirit and His work in her life.  She is also passionate about making disciples and seeing people come to know Jesus as Lord and Savior and to be set free to live the life He has for them as they live out their God-ordained purpose.

She has been married to her high school sweetheart, Dan, since 1987.  She and Dan have raised three children together and are delighted as their family continues to grow adding two daughters-in-law and a son-in-law; and is now Gramma to 3!  She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling with her husband, spending time with friends, reading and taking walks.  She desires to live her life in such a way that others will be pointed to her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.  You can contact Pastor Janet at pastorjanet@thewaters.org. 

Dan has been apart of The Waters since his childhood. He desires to use his gifts to serve the church and is currently serving as our Board of Trustees Chairman. 

John has been a part of The Waters for over 10 years. He is currently serving as our Council Chairman and in other areas of ministry.
